Aaron Villaroya
Background
Aaron has 15+ years of experience building and scaling life sciences companies across strategy, operations, and finance. He founded Reddington to partner with venture-backed and private equity–owned companies to accelerate growth, sharpen strategy, and deliver transformative results. The firm helps companies achieve more with focus, discipline, and execution.
With Reddington, he supported the turnaround and relaunch of a PE-backed CDMO’s business and has advised several early-stage teams.
Aaron was previously Vice President of Operations at a VC-backed cell therapy start-up, where he led operations, clinical strategy, fundraising, and key corporate functions.
Earlier in his career, Aaron held leadership roles at Atara Biotherapeutics, where he managed four pipeline programs and led the divestiture of its cell therapy manufacturing facility, and at ZS Associates, where he supported Fortune-500 and growth-stage life sciences companies. He began his career in corporate strategy at Baxter and in private equity/M&A.
